1) Mix the contents of this pack in 520 ml (17½ fl.oz) water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 mins.
2) Lightly grease a cold flat non-stick tava/griddle with oil and heat on a medium flame. Pour 75 ml (2 ½ fl.oz) batter rapidly from center to outward edge of the tava/griddle in a circular motion to get a thin Rava Dosai of around 8 inch in diameter. (The holes will start forming in Dosai immediately on pouring. This is a sign of perfect Rava Dosai).
3) Dot the edges of the pancake with a little oil and fry for 2 min. till golden brown. Flip the Dosai over and fry other side for a min. Fold and remove. Repeat from step 2 onwards for next Dosai. Serve hot with Gits instant sambhar or coconut chutney.
