Cooking instructions
Use 1 sachet to 2 lbs (1 kg) of chicken/fish fillet
1. Bag
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove cooking bag from top of sachet. Place meat in bag and pour seasoning mix evenly over meat.
2. Coat
Gently rub seasoning over meat evenly. Use tie to close bag. Place bag flat into a baking pan and place into oven leaving enough space between racks for bag expansion.
3. Cook
Bake until fully cooked: chicken (50-55 minutes) fish (25-30 minutes). Remove from oven. Let stand for at least 3 minutes before opening. Enjoy!
CAUTION - BAG AND CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT!
