Cooking & Usage Tips
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165℉. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers.
STOVE TOP (RECOMMENDED)
- Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter/olive oil to a non-stick skillet.
- Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover.
- Cook covered over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE
- Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwaveable.
- Microwave on High 5 ½-6 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked.
*Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
- Let stand 1 minute microwave. Carefully remove bag.
CAUTION: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening.
- Tear bag at notch. Empty into a serving dish; stir well.
