Cooking instructions for 1 cup serving: Stove top: Add 1 cups of Shelled Edamame to 1/2 cup of boiling water. Cover and simmer for approximately 4 minutes. Drain, season to taste and serve immediately. Do not overcook. Microwave: Add 1 cups of Shelled Edamame to 2 tbsp of water. In a covered microwaveable container: Cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat. Drain, season to taste and serve immediately. Since microwaves may vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
