Cooking and preparation instructions
1. Add rice vermicelli into a pot of boiling water.
2. Allow to cook for approximately 3 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain well and add to stir-fry, soups or salads.
Note: Vermicelli can be fried in oil directly.
Stir Fry - From Ambient
Stir-fry chicken noodles:
Preparation time: 10 minutes
1. Prepare rice vermicelli as per cooking instructions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
2. Stir-fry chicken pieces lightly in oil until cooked.
3. Add your favourite stir-fry sauce and the following vegetables: fresh red peppers, canned water chesnuts, bamboo shoots and baby corn and heat for 3 minutes.
4. Add the rice vermicelli, mix well and serve.
