Cooking Instructions - General COOKING INSTRUCTIONS NOODLE SOUP * Put udon noodles (250 g) into 350 mL of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Add soup stock, meat and vegetable as desired. * Do not thaw the noodles before cooking. Stir Fry - From Frozen STIR-FRY NOODLES * Put udon noodles into boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain the noodles. Heat 2 tablespoons (10 mL) of vegetable oil in a pan. Add desired ingredients in the pan. Stir-Fry a few minutes. Reduce to medium heat. Put udon noodles in the pan and stir-fry together with other ingredients. Season with soy sauce or oyster sauce. Stir well and serve. * Do not thaw the noodles before cooking.
