COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook from frozen.
Oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 425℉ (218℃) for 13 minutes, flip, then cook 12 more minutes.
Pan fry: Preheat frying pan and fry for 10 minutes on low-medium heat, flip, fry for extra 10 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375℉ (191℃) cook for 6 minutes, flip, then cook 6 more minutes.
COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160℉ (72℃)
Times and temperatures may vary from one oven to another. If product has thawed, cook immediately. Do not refreeze. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE TO REMOVE THE BONES, SOME BONES MAY STILL REMAIN.
