Preparation And Usage
Directions: basic method: add 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water to jelly powder. Stir until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup (250 mL) cold water or fruit juice. Chill until set. Do not add fresh pineapple or kiwi fruit. Jelly will not set. Quick-set method: add 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water to jelly powder. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes. Stir until jelly thickens (3-5 min). Remove any unmelted ice. Chill 30 min. Makes about 1/2 cup (130 g) each.
