Preparation:
Thaw product prior to cooking.
BBQ: preheat BBQ to medium-low. Add sausages. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes until sausages are browned and the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F), turning sausages often.
Stovetop: spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausages. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning sausages often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 125 ml (½ cup) water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F).
