PREPARATION:
Thaw product prior to cooking.
BBQ: Preheat BBQ to medium-low. Add sausages. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes until sausages are browned and the internal temperature reaches 71℃ (160℉), turning sausages often.
STOVETOP: Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausages. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning sausages often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 125 mL (½ cup) water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 71℃ (160℉).

Keep refrigerated
STORAGE: Freeze for up to 30 days. Once package is open, prepare within 3 days.
