Baking directions: for best results use convection oven setting. 1. Position rack in centre of oven. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). 3. Remove pizza from all packaging. Place pizza onto parchment paper and set on oven rack. 4. Bake for 19-21 min.; check at 18 min. Pizza is done when the toppings and crust are golden and the centre of the pizza has reached an internal temperature of 72°C. 5. Let pizza rest a few minutes, cut and enjoy! Ovens vary, please use these directions as a guide. PIZZA WILL BE VERY HOT. PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE.
