Brewing & storing:
For that perfect cup of Green Tea without bitterness, bring fresh water to a full boil and let cool for 3-4 minutes (70-80*C). Infuse the tea bag for 2-3 minutes. This allows the flavour and essence of the green tea to unfold fully. One tea bag makes an 8 oz cup of tea. For iced tea, brew double strength and add ice. Store tea in a cool, dry place.
