Brewing & storing:
For that perfect cup of Indian Chai tea, bring fresh water to a full boil and pour it over the tea bag. Infuse for 3-5 minutes, or to your desired strength. This allows the flavour and essence of the tea to unfold fully. One tea bag makes an 8 oz cup of tea. For iced tea, brew double strength, add ice. Store in a cool, dry place.
