Directions for preparation and use
Before preparing the infant formula, make sure to always wash your hands. Sterilize all bottles, nipples, and other equipment by boiling in an open pan of water for two minutes. Use water that is boiled and then cooled. Powdered infant formula dissolves best at 35 ℃. Serve formula as soon as possible after it has been prepared and cooled to between room and body temperature. Always check the temperature of the formula on the inside of your wrist before serving it to your baby to make sure it isn't too hot. Powdered infant formula is not sterile and should not be used by infants who are premature, have a low birth weight, or weakened immune systems, unless directed and supervised by a medical doctor. 1. Refer to the table above and fill bottle with the desired amount of water. 2. Using the enclosed scoop, add the indicated amount of powder to water in bottle. 3. Cap the bottle and shake well until powder is dissolved.
Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, and use and storage instructions. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm. Use immediately , or cover and refrigerate (2 - 4 ℃) prepared formula. Use within 24 hours. Throw out unfinished formula left in the bottle after your baby's feed. Do not use any prepared formula that has been unrefrigerated for over one hour. Do not freeze.
