Cooking instructions
Udon in soup
Bring medium pot of water to a boil. Add seasonings. Boil Udon noodles for about 3 minutes. Serve.
Fried Udon
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Put meat, vegetable, salt and pepper and stir fry for a while. Reduce the heat, add Udon and fry together. Season with soy or oyster sauce. Stir well and serve.
