Pre soaking Kim Phat Basmati Rice is not necessary.
Servings: rice: 125 ml ½ cup, water: 250 ml 1 cup, salt: 5 ml 1 tsp.
Servings: rice: 250 ml 1 cup, water: 500 ml 2 cups, salt: 7 ml 1 tsp.
Servings: rice: 375 ml 1½ cup, water: 750 ml 1 cup, salt: 10 ml 1 tsp.
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan (salt optional) and bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat. Stir, cover, and let cook for 10 minutes.
