Cooking Instructions - General How to prepare 1. In saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, whisk in sauce mix until blended. 2. Remove from heat. Gradually whisk in 1 cup (250 mL) milk. 3. Whisking constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, whisking constantly. Makes 1 - 1/2 cups (375 mL) sauce. Microwave - From Ambient Microwave directions 1. In 4 cup (1 L) microwaveable bowl, microwave 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter on high 1 minute or until melted. Whisk in sauce mix until blended. Gradually whisk in 1 cup (250 mL) milk. 2. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, whisking every minute until boiling, smooth and thickened.
