Preparation And Usage
DIRECTIONS:
CLASSIC STOCK: Melt 1 pot into 3 ½ cups (875 mL) boiling water, stir until dissolved.
SKILLET DISHES & STIR-FRIES: Sauté 1 lb (450 g) meat and ingredients in skillet. Add 1 pot and liquid to taste. Stir until dissolved.
ROASTED CHICKEN OR PORK: Blend 1 pot with herbs and rub on 3-4 lbs (1.5 - 2 kg) of meat before roasting.
