How to Prepare The soup is almost ready! 1 In a large saucepan, whisk soup mix with 4 cups (1 L) cold water. 2 Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, whisking constantly. 3 Lower the heat, partially cover, and simmer gently for 10 minutes. (Give it a stir now and then.) Makes 4 servings. Now it's delicious. Dig in.
