Preparation And Usage

Tips! For a quick oven "stir-fry." Chop peppers and onions; spread onto bottom of shallow baking dish. Top with coated chicken pieces; sprinkle with any remaining coating mix. Bake until chicken is done (minimum internal temperature 74℃ (165℉)). For quick meatballs or meatloaf. Mix 450 g (1 lb.) ground beef, pork or chicken with 3 tbsp coating mix; shape into meatballs or meatloaf. Top with remaining coating mix, then bake until done (minimum internal temperature 74℃ (165℉)). For a great wing coating. Coat 1 kg (2.2 lb.) chicken wings (about 15 pieces) with coating mix. Bake in 177℃ (350℉) oven 20 min. or until done (minimum internal temperature 74℃ (165℉)). STANDARD PREP!! HEAT oven to 163℃ (325℉). MOISTEN 2-1/2 lb. bone-in chicken thighs (about 6 pieces), 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half on a bias), or 6 to 8 (1/2-inch thick) boneless pork chops with water. SHAKE SHAKE chicken or chops, 1 piece at a time, with 1 pkt. coating mix in a reusable container. Discard any remaining coating mix. BAKE BAKE on ungreased or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 74℃ (165℉) for chicken, or 74℃ (165℉) for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer). Bone-in chicken: 50 min.; Boneless chicken: 35 min.; Boneless pork chops: 25 min. Let chops stand 3 min. before serving. Do not cover or turn meat while baking.
