Preparation And Usage
Tips!
For crispy coated pork,
Instead of water, brush oil, Kraft Dressing or Miracle Whip spread onto pork before coating and baking as directed.
Mix 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese with coating mix before using to coat and bake pork as directed on package.
STANDARD PREP!!
HEAT oven to 204℃ (400℉).
MOISTEN 6 to 8 (1/2-inch thick) boneless pork chops with water.
SHAKE
SHAKE chops, 1 piece at a time, with 1 pkt. coating mix in a reusable container. Discard any remaining coating mix.
BAKE
BAKE on ungreased or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 74℃ (165℉) for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer).
Boneless pork chops: 25 min. Let chops stand 3 min. before serving.
Do not cover or turn meat while baking.
