Ingredients

Bread crumbs (wheat), modified corn starch, salt, sugars (maltodextrin, dextrose), modified vegetable oil, spices, seasonings, sodium aluminium silicate, caramel.

Preparation And Usage

Tips! Great coating on fish fillets. Coat 375 g fish, then bake until done [minimum internal temperature of 74℃ (165℉)], about 20 min. Fish should flake easily with fork. STANDARD PREP!! HEAT oven to 204℃ (400℉). MOISTEN 2-1/2 lb. bone-in chicken thighs (about 6 pieces), 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half on a bias), or 6 to 8 (1/2-inch thick) boneless pork chops with water. SHAKE SHAKE chicken or chops, 1 piece at a time, with 1 pkt. coating mix in a reusable container. Discard any remaining coating mix. BAKE BAKE on ungreased or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 74℃ (165℉) for chicken, or 74℃ (165℉) for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer). Bone-in chicken: 45 min. Boneless chicken: 30 min. Boneless pork chops: 25 min. Let chops stand 3 min. before serving. Do not cover or turn meat while baking.
