Cooking directions: bring 1 cup (250 ml) of water to a boil. Add 1/4 cup (40 g) of buckwheat porridge. Reduce heat to minimum and stir. Let simmer for 6 to 8 minutes to desired thickness. Serve with jam and yogurt or pour a little milk and add fresh or dried fruits.
