COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Cook from frozen. Pan-fry with oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat for 7 minutes.
2 Flip then cook for another 7 minutes.
Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Raw product, do not microwave.
