Longo's Cheese & Spinach Agnolotti makes meal planning easy. This thin pasta sheet is made with enriched durum wheat semolina flour and eggs and folded over the delicious flavours of ricotta cheese, Grana Padano cheese and spinach. It is made with no preservatives.

Cooking & Usage Tips
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Bring 3 litres of salted water to a boil in large pot.
2 Add pasta.
3 Cook 10-12 minutes, stir occasionally and reduce heat to maintain a gentle boil. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165℉ (74℃).
4 Drain, serve immediately with your favourite Longo's pasta sauce.
