Cooking & Usage Tips

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1 Bring 3 litres of salted water to a boil in large pot. 2 Add pasta. 3 Cook 10-12 minutes, stir occasionally and reduce heat to maintain a gentle boil. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165℉ (74℃). 4 Drain, serve immediately with your favourite Longo's pasta sauce.
