Longo’s Curato Organic Artisan Rigatoni has a large tubular shape with vertical ridges. These noodles are made with 100% durum semolina and crafted with traditional methods handed down for generations. The dough presses through a bronze die to create the perfect shape and is left rough textured with a porous surface. Pairs well with a variety of light and rich sauces such as Longo’s Bolognese Sauce or oven baked with tomato sauce and cheese.
