Quick-n-Easy® directions Remove Pork Back Ribs from all packaging, reserving sauce. Heat until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165ºF (74℃). Grill : for best results.1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Place Pork Back Ribs on grill and baste with some of the reserved sauce. 2. Grill for 12-15 minutes. After half of the time, turn over ribs and baste with the remaining sauce. Serve. Oven : preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). 1. Place Pork Back Ribs on foil-lined baking sheet and baste with some of the reserved sauce. 2. Bake 20-22 minutes. After half of the time, turn over ribs and baste with the remaining sauce. Serve.
