Flour Mix ( Tapioca Starch, Sorghum Flour, Millet Flour, Potato Starch, Green Buckwheat Flour, Xanthan Gum), Organic Cane Sugar, Spices, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt
Preparation And Usage
You will need
400 g Cookie mix
1/2 cup (114 g) butter or vegetable butter at room temperature
1/3 cup (75 g) molasses
Preparation
Yield: 15 cookies
1. Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C). Make sure your oven rack is on the upper level.
2. Pour the cookie mix and the ingredients in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes or with a wooden spoon until the right consistency is obtained. Scrape down bowl and mix 1 minute.
3. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface ((use Lulubelle's GF All-Purpose Flour Mix), the cut with a cookie cutter and deposit on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 11 minutes on the oven's upper shelf. Let cool completely before removing the cookies.
