You will need: - ⅓ cup (80 ml) vegetable oil or unsweetened applesauce - ⅔ cup (160 ml) plant-based beverage or milk - 1 egg And then what? 1 Preheat oven to 180℃ (350℉). 2 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3 In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended. 4 Shape into nice round cookies using a tablespoon or measuring scoop and drop the dough onto your baking sheet.
