COOKING DIRECTIONS
Simply dissolve 1 TSP (2.4 G) MAMA SITA'S ANNATTO POWDER in 1 TBSP (15 ML) WATER before adding to the dish being cooked. To make ACHUETE/ACHIOTE OIL: dissolve 1 TBSP (7 G) ANNATTO POWDER in 1 TBSP (15 ML) COOKING OIL. To lighten the color, add more oil as necessary. This packet is equivalent to 1 CUP (155 G) ANNATTO SEEDS or 1 BOTTLE (8 FL OZ or 240 ML) LIQUID ACHUETE.
