Cooking & Usage Tips
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). Turn steak over at least twice during cooking.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking. Remove product from packaging.
GRILL
- Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F).
- Preheat frying pan on medium high.
- Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.
- Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
- Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
