Stove top directions: In medium saucepan, whisk together sauce mix and 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Microwave directions: In 1 -quart (1 L) microwave-safe bowl, combine sauce mix and 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) milk. Cook uncovered on high power for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute. Makes about 1-1/4 cups (300 ml).
