Cooking Instructions - General Cooking Guidelines Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 72°C (160°F) before eating. Do not leave microwave unattended. Promptly refrigerate unused portions. Ovens vary. Cooking times and oven temperatures may need adjustment. Microwave - From Frozen Microwave (1100 watts) 1 Remove tray from carton and lift corner 2 Cook on high 5 min 3 Peel back film, mix pasta with sauce. Re-cover. Continue to cook on High 1-1 ½ min 4 Let stand 1-2 min. Pull off film, mix well & enjoy! Careful, It's hot! Oven cook - From Frozen Oven Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Remove Tray from Carton. Lift one corner of film to vent. Do not fully remove film. Place tray on baking sheet on centre rack. Cook in oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove tray and baking sheet from oven. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove film. Careful, It's Hot! Mix contents and serve. Caution: not recommend for use in toaster ovens. Do not reuse the tray.
