Preparation And Usage
Directions: 1) In large pot, brown 1-2 lb hamburger & 1 onion, chopped. 2) Add 10 C water and bean portion of soup mix (pinch bag below the chickpeas). 3) Boil, then simmer covered for 1 hr. 4) Add rest of package & 796 ml can diced tomatoes; cook covered for 1-2 hr. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sour cream, tortilla chips, and grated cheese.
Nutritional values are for dry mix required to make about 1 cup of soup prepared according to the directions.
