Cooking & Usage Tips

Directions: 1) Bring 4 1/4 C water to boil and add package contents; simmer covered on low for 1 ½-2 hr (until peas are desired texture), stirring regularly; add water as needed. 2) Add 796 ml can diced tomatoes, 2 tsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp butter, 3 tsp oil, and simmer for 20-30 min. 3) Serve over rice.
