Preparation And Usage
INSTRUCTIONS
For rice cooker or stovetop (450 g rice per 40 makis pieces)
1) Rinse the rice thoroughly in lukewarm water. Drain.
2) Bring 700 ml water to a boil.
3: Add 450 g rice to the water. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes or until tender.
4) Pour 150 ml MITO Foods sushi vinegar over the rice and mix well (sushi rice only.)
5) Let cool to room temperature for about 1 hour (stovetop method only).
