Directions - Shake well before using - Use enclosed dosage cup - If possible, dose according by body weight Weight lb: under 24, kg: under 11, age (yrs): under 2, single oral dose: use Infants' Motrin® Weight lb: 24-35, kg: 11-15.9, age (yrs): 2-3, single oral dose: 5 ml Weight lb: 36-47, kg: 16-21.9, age (yrs): 4-5, single oral dose: 7.5 ml Weight lb: 48-59, kg: 22-26.9, age (yrs): 6-8, single oral dose: 10 ml Weight lb: 60-71, kg: 27-31.9, age (yrs): 9-10, single oral dose: 12.5 ml Weight lb: 72-95, kg: 32-43.9, age (yrs): 11, single oral dose: 15 ml Single dose may be repeated every 6 - 8 hours as needed Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
