- Adults and children 12 years and over: - for migraine pain, take 1 capsule every 4 hours or 2 capsules every 6 - 8 hours at the first sign of symptoms as needed - for all other uses, take 1 capsule every 4 hours or 2 capsules every 6 - 8 hours as needed - do not take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor - use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
