Weight lb: under 12, kg: under 5.5, age (mos): 0 - 3, single oral dose: talk to a doctor Weight lb: 12-17, kg: 5.5 - 7.9, age (mos): 4-11, single oral dose: 1.25 ml Weight lb: 18-23, kg: 8 - 10.9, age (mos): 12-23, single oral dose: 1.875 ml Single dose may be repeated every 6 - 8 hours as needed Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
