Cooking instructions
Deep fry: thaw or defrost frozen potato patties, deep fry at 200°C (392°F) for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
Oven: preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Place frozen potato patties in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning patties halfway through the cooking time.
Pan fry: thaw or defrost frozen potato patties and shallow fry in a pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning patties halfway through the frying time.
CAUTION: PRODUCT MAY BE HOT.
Serve hot with or without a dip, chutney or sauce.
Not suitable for microwave preparation.

Keep frozen
Do not refreeze once thawed.
