Directions
Deep fry: thaw or defrost frozen Dahi Kebabs to room temperature by heating in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes. Heat the oil to medium hot 375°F (190°C) and deep fry the thawed kebabs for 1-2 minutes or until crispy golden brown.
Oven: preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and bake the thawed kebabs for about 8-10 minutes turning them half way through the baking time.
Not suited for microwave preparation.
CAUTION: PRODUCT MAY BE HOT.
