Cooking & Usage Tips
You will Need :
Canned Chickpeas 800 g
Oil ½ cup (100 ml)
Onions (chopped) 2 (medium sized)
Tomatoes (chopped) 2 (medium sized)
Yogurt (beaten) 1 cup (200 g)
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) ½ bunch
Green chillies (thinly sliced) 2-3
National Chaat Masala 1 tsp
National Punjabi Chana Recipe Mix ½ packet (45 g)
Sizzle
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (thinly sliced) 2 cloves
Onion (chopped) 1 (medium sized)
Cumin seed (whole) ½ tsp
Cooking Method:
Fry
Fry onions in oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Cook
Add the mixture of National Punjabi Chana Recipe Mix & yogurt and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add chickpeas and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add coriander leaves and green chillies.
Sizzle
Fry onion and garlic in oil until golden brown, then add cumin seeds and sizzle the Punjabi Chana Masala. Pour over the cooked chickpeas curry
Serve
Delicious Punjabi Chana is ready. Sprinkle National Chaat Masala and serve hot with naan.
