Cooking Method:
Heat the oil and add meat, garlic paste, ginger paste and National Meat Masala Recipe Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes.
Add onions and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and stir fry for 5 minutes more. Add two glasses of water.
Cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Cook until the oil separates from the gravy.
Add water (about 1-1.5 cups) for desired thickness of the gravy and bring to boil.
Delicious Meat Curry is ready. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with Naan.
