Cooking & Usage Tips
You will need
Minced meat (mutton/beef) 1 kgOnion (medium size, chopped) 3Green chillies (finely chopped) 4Tomatoes (chopped) 3-4 (medium sized)
Garlic (paste) 1 tbsp
Ginger (paste) 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) ¼ bunch
Oil 1 cup (200ml)
National qeema recipe mix 1 packet (39 g)
Cooking method
FryIn a pan heat oil and fry onions till light brown.
Stir Add ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes and National Qeema Recipe Mix into the fried onions. Now add minced meat and stir for a while. When water of the minced meat dries up, add coriander leaves, green chillies and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Serve Delicious Qeema is ready. Serve with hot naan.
