Preparation 2 hours Cooking 20 mins You will need : Minced meat (beef/chicken, finely ground) - 1 kg Fat/butter (grind fat with mince) - 1 cup (100 g) Onion (medium, finely chopped) - 1 (80 g) Ginger (paste) - 1 tbsp Garlic (paste) - 2 tbsp Green chillies (finely chopped) - 3-4 National Seekh Kabab Recipe Mix - 1 packet (46 g) Cooking method: MarinateAdd National Seekh Kabab Recipe Mix, onion, butter (use butter if fat is not being used), green chillies, ginger paste and garlic paste to minced meat. Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. BBQArrange the kababs on skewers and grill on low charcoal/gas fire or in an oven. Do not let the kababs get too red. ServeDelicious Seekh Kabab is ready. Serve with salad and chutney.
