Organic coating/binder (organic maltodextrin, organic gum acacia, organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm oil, organic guar gum), organic gum acacia, silica, maltodextrin, organic fiber blend (organic rice flour, organic oat fiber, organic sunflower lecithin), citric acid, sodium alginate and pea starch.

Store in a tightly closed, light-resistant container in a cool, dry place.

Recommended dose: adult women-take 1 tablet 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
