Cooking instructions: do not pierce before cooking
Grill:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Place sausages on grill and cook, turning often, 12-14 minutes for frozen sausages, 8-10 minutes for thawed sausages or until thermometer reads an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
3. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
Stove top:
1. In frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high heat.
2. Place sausages in frying pan and sear each side.
3. Continue cooking, turning often, 10-12 minutes for frozen sausages, 7-9 minutes for thawed sausages or until thermometer reads an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
4. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
Storage
Keep frozen.
Thaw in refrigerator.
Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods.
Refrigerate leftovers or immediately discard.
