Recommended dose: Adults (12 years and over): Take 1 scoop 1 to 2 times daily. Children 6-12 years old: Take ½ a scoop 1 to 2 times daily. Children 2-6 years old: Consult a health care practitioner. For cholesterol lowering effects: Take 1 scoop 2 times daily. Directions for use: Mix with a cup (250 ml) of liquid (water, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medication. Laxative effect observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Recommended duration of use: A minimum duration of use of 8 weeks is required before beneficial effects on cholesterol take place.
