Cooking instructions Skillet: 1 - In a large non-stick skillet, heat-up 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter or olive oil to medium-high heat. 2 - Add gnocchi, cook, stirring frequently for 4-5 minutes or until gnocchi are golden brown. Skillet with sauce: 1 - In a large non-stick skillet, bring 300 ml of your favourite O'Sole Mio sauce and 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter to a simmer at medium heat. 2 - Add gnocchi, simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
